Custom Fields for Mailparser

Do you use Custom Fields in your Kayako along with MailParser Queue to create tickets from your customers? Now you can avoid duplicate work filling out your Custom Fields! This module will automatically populate your Custom Fields based on your Kayako Mail Parser properties.

The enhanced version of this module also allows for automated routing of the ticket to a certain department as well as setting the ticket priority or status based on the properties retrieved from the Email.
